Focusing on aerobic endurance, intensity interval training or simply to improve your general fitness, these programmes will no doubt have you pushing your fitness levels and bridging that gap - just like the All Blacks look to do in every training session.

For those who are time poor or want the best bang for buck workouts.
This is a 7 week training plan consisting of 3 weekly sessions and is suitable for anyone aiming to build their ability to handle intense efforts and introduce structured training into their routine.
The demands of the sessions progressively increase. This principle, known as progressive overload, increases the exercise dose over time to ensure continual adaptation and gains as fitness improves.
The sessions last from 30 to 50 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
Nic says;“you’ll work on some hard sets but before you blink you’re done and dusted!”
For those who want to further and build a stronger aerobic base.
This 7 week plan is designed to help you go the distance by improving your aerobic fitness. Sessions vary in intensity and duration but because the intervals won’t be tapping into your anaerobic systems, efforts and overall sessions will last a little longer than the Go All In: Intensity plan.
It consists of 3 weekly sessions, suitable for anyone aiming to build their endurance through structured training.
The sessions last from 45 minutes to 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down.

For those who are new to structured training and want to build a solid base of fitness with varied workouts.
The 7 week ‘General Fitness’ plan is designed to help improve your overall health & fitness, complimenting other fitness goals such as running, football or rugby. Sessions are varied with some workouts targeting aerobic fitness while other higher intensity sessions challenge the mind and body to work harder for short periods of time.
It consists of 3 weekly sessions and each lasts from 30 to 42 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
