If you’re new to structured exercise or haven’t followed a plan before, the Beginners Plan is likely the right starting point. For those who have completed a Beginners or other training plan over a minimum of 8–12 weeks, the Intermediate Plan may be more suitable.
To determine the best plan for you, complete the Health Assessment Submaximal Test in the Wattbike Hub App. This will help you assess your fitness level, power in watts, and heart rate training zones. Be sure to input your profile details, including biological sex (male/female), body mass (weight), and date of birth, so the test results are accurate.
