Monte Zoncolan features as the summit finish in Stage 14 of the 2021 Giro d’Italia, a 205km stage starting in Citadella. This is the first time the Zoncolan ascent is tackled from the Sutrio side since the 2003 Giro.
Located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of north east Italy near the Austrian border, this monstrous hors catégorie climb will see you gain 1,168m / 3,832ft of elevation over 13.4km / 8.3 miles, with an average gradient of 8.7%.

Alpe di Mera is the finish line and highest point of Stage 19 of the 2021 Giro d’Italia.
Starting in Scopello in north west Italy’s Piedmont region and climbing to the ski resort of Alpe di Mera, this hors catégorie climb will see you gain 882m / 2,894ft of elevation over 9.4km / 5.8miles.
Featuring a series of tight hairpin bends, the route has an average gradient of 9.4%, with the toughest section around the halfway point reaching close to 14%.

Passo San Bernardino features in the 2021 Giro d’Italia’s penultimate stage 20, a mountainous 164km / 102 mile epic starting in Verbania and ending on Alpe Motta.
Passo San Bernardino is a mountain pass located 2,066m / 6,778ft above sea level in the Swiss Alps, close to the Italian border.
Starting in Soazza, this hors catégorie ascent will see you gain 1,481m / 4,859ft of elevation over 24.2km / 15 miles. Don’t let the 5.9% average gradient deceive you: the slope exceeds a gruelling 12% in places and this is one tough climb!
