Join the nation and be a part of National Fitness Day on Wednesday 21st September on your Wattbike.

National Fitness Day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance on our lifestyles, both mental and physical wellbeing.

The challenge

On Wednesday 21st September, we’re encouraging Wattbikers from around the globe to take part in a 1km Wattbiker challenge. So, if you have a Wattbike at home, in the office, or at your local gym, get involved!

Can you beat the fastest time to complete the #Wattbiker1k of just 56 seconds?

How to get involved

  1. On Wednesday 21st September, head to the Wattbike Hub training app, Challenges category and tap #Wattbikers1k.
  2. Complete the #Wattbikers1K challenge
  3. Post a selfie of you on your Wattbike and tag @Wattbike. Don’t forget to tell us your time too! #Wattbikers
